CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

     If you have reserved an inflatable 5 days or more prior to your rental date you are responsible for calling the office "to confirm" delivery.  You must confirm your reserved inflatable to receive it.

     "To confirm a reserved rental"   Call and speak to someone in the office no later than 9PM the evening before your rental.  You must confirm your reserved inflatable to receive it.

     If you have a reserved inflatable to be delivered and questionable weather is approaching:

     "To cancel a reserved rental" Call and speak to someone in the office no later than 7:30AM the morning of your reserved inflatable.

If you do not speak to someone in the office by the times listed above, Andy's has the right to

NOT DELIVER your reserved inflatable.

      At Andy's Amusements, we do our best to accommodate customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or personal emergency conditions.  For this reason, we stay tuned daily to the local weather conditions in and approaching our area.  We ask that all customers do their part and stay informed as to any weather conditions approaching their area. Sometimes rain may be occurring in one town but not the town right next to it, common in southern Louisiana.  In the event of severe thunderstorms, heavy rains, and/or increased winds, Andy's does have the right to deliver later, pick up earlier or cancel the rental due to severe weather.  We will make every effort to notify our clients in advance.  In order for us to better serve all customers we have developed what we feel is a fair policy for cancellations.  Please feel free to give the office a call if you have any questions regarding our policies.  We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.


Cancelling or "Not home or does not answer the door" for a (Delivery) Rental


      In order for all customers to be delivered on time we occasionally deliver several hours in advance of party times.  When cancelling, see above instructions.  Once the equipment is delivered there is
NO REFUND.  All decisions to cancel due to weather and/or personal emergency conditions need to be made BEFORE  the scheduled delivery time (stated by the times listed above), even if the equipment is delivered early.  If a verbal acceptance of the delivery is given over the phone on the morning of the delivery and the customer declines the rental or no one is home or answers the door when the driver gets to the rental location, the customer must pay all delivery charges times two. Example: Delivery fee $15, cancels when driver arrives, $15 x 2 = $30.  All cancelled/or "no one is home or answers the door deliveries" on location in Laplace will be charged $16.00.

DO-IT-YOURSELF / PICKUP by Clients

Picking up:  Client will be notified 1-2 days before rental date as to time, pickup, and return locations in Laplace.  Total payment of rental is due no later than the Friday before weekend event by 4pm at 3113 Hwy. 51, Laplace.  A security deposit ($45-cash) must be paid at the time of pickup on the rental day.  (This is not part of the rental payment).  The security deposit will be refunded when rental unit is returned ON TIME, IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION AND WITH ALL EXTRA SUPPLIES RENTED WITH UNIT.

          When cancelling the client is responsible for notifying the office BEFORE THEIR PICKUP TIME.  A $25 cancellation fee applies when a client cancels after their pickup time.  There will be NO REFUNDS whatsoever to no shows.The scheduled rental may not be available when a client arrives late or after their appointed pickup time.   To reschedule their rental or another rental a $10 surcharge will apply.

Valid Louisiana (no out of state) drivers license
